A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24-hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, the deposit is nonrefundable and nonreusable.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at CREATIVE BODY SOLUTIONS between the hours of Monday thru Saturday 9 am-5 pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

 

If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment, it is a cost to us. If you cannot provide us with a 24-hour notice, we may impose the following fees.

 

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

 

“No Show” for session:

*Loss of that treatment in your treatment package

 

Same day cancellation:

*Nonrefundable and nonreusable deposit
